State Bank of India Picks Stake in India Debt Resolution Company

State Bank of India (SBIN, BOM:500112) acquired a 12.30% stake in asset reconstruction firm India Debt Resolution Company.

The bank subscribed to 99,000 shares of face value of 10 Indian rupees ($0.13) apiece, according to a Friday filing.

The shareholding will then be lowered to 9.90% by March 31.
